Regards, Jesinta Rozario. I've tried both suggestions and neither works. Hi, I'm not sure if anyone has managed to solve this or if anyone's even interested in the thread anymore, but recently I had the same problem and it seems to be a driver issue with the Zen. I resolved the issue by downloading a driver updater called Drivermax. It's free and can be downloaded here: Once the program has been installed, connect the Zen up to the computer.
Search for Device Manager in the Control Panel and under 'Portable devices' right-click on Zen sleek and press 'uninstall device'. On the newly installed Drivermax, click scan. It should take a few minutes but once finished, there should be an 'update detected' message for 'Creative Zen sleek'. Click update. Once finished, unplug the Zen and reboot the computer.
When you plug the Zen in again, the computer should reinstall the Creative software with the driver update now included and you should have a 'docked' Zen. Best of luck.
